2.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 77ef Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 77ef reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where the User cannot satisfactorily demonstrate compliance.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account termination.
3.3 Accurate Information. Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must keep such information current. Providing false details, including a fictitious name, date of birth, or address, is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. The Platform may not be accessed by individuals located in or resident of Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether local laws permit participation in online gambling before registering or placing a wager.
3.5 KYC Verification. 77ef may require identity verification documents (national ID, passport, proof of address, or payment method ownership) at any stage of the Account lifecycle. 4.1 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. 77ef strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available on all Accounts at no charge.
4.2 Users must not share Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use their Account. Any activity conducted through a User's Account — regardless of who performed it — is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.
4.3 In the event of suspected unauthorised access, the User must notify 77ef immediately via the support contact detailed on the Platform. 77ef will take reasonable steps to assist but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to the User's failure to safeguard their credentials.
4.4 77ef will never request a User's password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 77ef support immediately.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 77ef Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77ef does not currently process transactions in foreign currencies through the standard player wallet.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 77ef accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, market suspension due to integrity concerns, or technical failure affecting the integrity of the bet placement process.
6.5 In-Play Betting. In-play markets are offered on selected events including PSL and international cricket matches. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. 77ef accepts no responsibility for delays in odds updates caused by live data feed latency.
6.6 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply across all markets. Applicable limits are displayed within individual market views on the Platform.
7.1 All casino games and slot titles offered on the 77ef Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently tested for fairness by approved testing laboratories.
7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information panel. 77ef does not guarantee any specific return to individual players in any session.
7.3 Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 77ef's system will resolve the round based on the last recorded game state. The outcome of any completed game round is final.
7.4 77ef reserves the right to alter the game library, including adding or removing titles, at any time without prior notice to Users.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by 77ef are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

8.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the offer terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
8.5 77ef reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
9.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 77ef Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:
10.1 All content on the 77ef Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 77ef or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose without the prior written consent of 77ef.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's access to or use of the Platform.
11.2 77ef does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures may affect availability. 77ef will endeavour to notify Users of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.
11.3 77ef's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 77ef collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for full details of how personal information is handled.
12.2 By registering on the Platform, Users consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
12.3 77ef implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect User data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

14.2 77ef will investigate all disputes within a reasonable timeframe, generally not exceeding fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the complaint. 77ef's decision on any dispute shall be communicated to the User in writing.
14.3 If a User remains dissatisfied with 77ef's resolution, the User may escalate the complaint to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures established under 77ef's operating licence.
14.4 Wager outcomes that have been confirmed and settled by the Platform's central system are final, subject only to manifest error as described in Section 6.3. Minor data discrepancies between a User's local device and the Platform's central server shall be resolved in favour of the Platform's server records.
15.1 77ef reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where an amendment is material, 77ef will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a User does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77ef's international gaming licence is issued.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals designated under 77ef's operating licence.
16.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit 77ef's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
